The heightened fear of “juju” especially in Africa cannot be over-emphasized. Little wonder a Nigerian Landlord thought to scare his Tenants with a red cloth which could be perceived as Juju, just to wade them off his guava tree.

According to social media user identified as Honour Faith Ukomah, her neighbours had formed the habit of plucking their guava before her family could get to enjoy the proceeds. 

This prompt the hilarious act from her wise father who has never been fetish before, left for me alone.. I will eat that fruit and nothing will happen

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC), has released the May/June WASSCE results, withholding results of 13.79 per cent candidates as 59.22 per cent pass English Language and Mathematics. WASSEC candidate Speaking at a press briefing held at its corporate office, Yaba, Lagos on Monday, Head of National Office, Nigeria, Mr Olu Adenipekun said the performance results recorded this year improved over the 2015 and 2016 WASSCE. Edo state university establish for wealthy people- VC

The Management of the state-owned Edo University, Iyamho,(EUI) says the institution was established to essentially cater for academically-endowed students and the wealthy in the society. The Vice Chancellor(VC) of the institution, Prof. Emmanuel Aluyor, disclosed this on Monday, in Iyamho-Uzairue, in the Estako-West local government area of Edo.
